Residential Application

Please contact our administrator to initiate your installation; if you've questions before completing our application form, he'd be pleased to answer any of those. Once we've received your application, we'll coordinate the installation with our gas fitters, you and/or your contractor to ensure that our service is provided when needed.


The cost for a typical installation is $1,920; if a suite is to be serviced by a second meter, our installation cost is $2,695. These costs can vary under special circumstances - eg. the line has to be placed under bed rock.

Credit Card Authorization:

If you elect to have your account paid monthly, on its due date, via credit card on file with us, we'd ask that you complete the attached form.

Residential Classification Confirmation:

Your home may qualify for a rebate of the provincial portion of Harmonized Sales Tax and an exemption from provincial Sales Tax when that levy replaces HST.  If your residence is made available for short-term rentals it will not qualify for the rebate. In order to satisfy taxation authorities, we will need your confirmation that the home is not made available for short term rental. Please complete and print the attached form so that we can provide taxation authorities confirmation that the rebates are warranted.

Service Work Order:

If, at any point in time, you need our assistance in metering a suite,  relocating your meter, building a protective shed around it, of any other request related to our gas line and meters you can contact our administrator who would be pleased to arrange a quote from our Contractor/gas fitter. Please complete and print the attached form to initiate the process.

These forms can be completed using the computer. However, since each requires a signature, it must be printed, signed and sent back to us.
